After filling out this form, you will be contacted to book an in person consultation (virtual appointments may be considered if in person appointments cannot be arranged).

At the time of consultation, your install appointment will be booked no further than 4 weeks out (unless a later date is desired)!

The Investment:

New client package includes - 100% human hair extensions, blending cut, styling, & aftercare package.

Extension service pricing varies depending on length, density, & amount of hair needed for your specific hair type.

We do require a nonrefundable deposit of $500 at the time of booking.

Coven Salon does offer payment plans for extensions - the full amount must be paid before hair installation.

A restitch appointment is necessary every 6 to 8 weeks and can be done no longer than 10 weeks after the previous appointment. If it has been longer than 10 weeks & damage has occurred, the extensions cannot be reinstalled.

New hair must be purchased every 8 to 12 months, depending on proper aftercare.

Color services are always priced separately than extension services.
