Coven Salon & Spa Policies

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. Please read through our salon policies to ensure you have the best experience.

Cancellation Policy:

All appointments cancelled within 24 hours of service will be charged 50% of the estimated total. No call no shows will be charged 100%. 

Please note that this payment must be completed before booking another service with the salon.

If this becomes a recurring issue that you miss appointments or reschedule, your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services.

Children:

Due to safety considerations - children under 4 years old are NOT permitted. Salons are filled with potentially dangerous items such as scissors, chemicals, hot tools, etc.

We do accommodate kids haircuts between the ages of 4 - 10 years old, but please note that they MUST be accompanied by an adult (not currently receiving a service) at all times during their appointment. 

However, during your own appointment - no children will be permitted. We strive to make every appointment feel like an oasis - everyone needs some "me" time! Have a latte (or a mimosa) & kindly leave the kiddos at home.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds at this time. If you are unhappy with your service, please call or email the salon with your concerns within a week after your appointment & we can work on fixing any issues you may have!

Contracts:

In some cases, your stylist may ask you to sign a contract depending on age or what service you are receiving.

Color history must be divulged when consulting with your stylist; it is the clients personal responsibility to be upfront & honest about their hair history.

Any damage caused to the hair as a result of undivulged information prior to chemical services is NOT the responsibility of the stylist.
