Coven Salon & Spa | Terms and Conditions

General Terms:

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. Please read through our salon policies to ensure you have the best experience. All services are provided based on the salon's professional judgment, and client preferences will be considered. These Terms of Use apply to all clients using our salon services, including in-person visits and online interactions (e.g., website, Instagram, Facebook). By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Cancellation Policy:

All appointments cancelled within 24 hours of service will be charged 50% of the estimated total. No call no shows will be charged 100%. 

Please note that this payment must be completed before booking another service with the salon.

If this becomes a recurring issue that you miss appointments or reschedule, your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services.

Liability:

Any damage caused to the hair as a result of undivulged information prior to chemical services is NOT the responsibility of the stylist or Coven Salon. Clients are advised to follow aftercare instructions provided by the salon to ensure the best possible results and minimize any risks. The Coven is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Privacy Policy:

By filling out your personal information you are opting in to receive messages from Coven Salon & Spa. We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, payment information, appointment history, and any health-related information you choose to share.

We use your information to:

  • Provide and manage services

  • Communicate about appointments

  • Process payments

  • Improve our services

We do not sell your information. We may share it with trusted service providers or as required by law. We implement security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission is completely secure. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You have the right to opt out of messaging at any time.

Children:

Due to safety considerations - children under 4 years old are NOT permitted. Salons are filled with potentially dangerous items such as scissors, chemicals, hot tools, etc.

We do accommodate kids haircuts between the ages of 4 - 10 years old, but please note that they MUST be accompanied by an adult (not currently receiving a service) at all times during their appointment. 

However, during your own appointment - no children will be permitted. We strive to make every appointment feel like an oasis - everyone needs some "me" time! Have a latte (or a mimosa) & kindly leave the kiddos at home.

​Refunds:

We do not offer refunds at this time. If you are unhappy with your service, please call or email the salon with your concerns within a week after your appointment & we can work on fixing any issues you may have!

Contracts:

In some cases, your stylist may ask you to sign a contract depending on age or what service you are receiving.

Color history must be divulged when consulting with your stylist; it is the clients personal responsibility to be upfront & honest about their hair history.

Changes to terms:

We may update this policy and will notify you of any changes. By providing your information, you agree to the terms of this policy.
